Sculpting

3D sculpture scanning allows for quick and simple digitalisation and saving as a CAD model. A CAD model can be edited randomly, including correcting its shape, deforming, rescaling, or resizing with adequate software. This provides the potential to work with objects of a size convenient for manual treatment in a material less expensive or more convenient for the development of the prototype. A sculpture adjusted in this manner can be produced in any material with a CNC machine or a 3D printer.
3D scanning provides the potential to archive the classic or relief sculptures with high precision and detail.
